Making your customers stay with your business and product even in the midst of competition (Part 2).

3)    Analyze to see how strong you are in the market ( competitive analysis)

Here you consider other competitors in the market and their products then analyze and determine what you are doing or will be doing differently, know where your strengths are and look at how you can use it to your advantage in the market.

4)    Engage your customers in discussions and feedback sessions

Discuss with your customer to get useful feedbacks on things that they like or don’t like about your product and how you can improve. Here, the way you respond to this feedback will greatly affect your business, sales of your products and promotion of your brand.
If all these steps are practiced , it will lead to increased customer loyalty, which will in turn learn to mere customer base and more  recognition and profit in our business.
